Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Classic cookie, planteater-style.


2-1/4 cups organic flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp natural sea salt
1 cup vegan butter, softened
3/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 flax eggs
2 cups vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat to 375°F
  2. Mix flour, baking soda & salt
  3. Mix butter, sugar & brown sugar
  4. Add vanilla & eggs, ONE at a time (this is important!), to butter mixture
  5. Gradually blend flour & butter mixtures together
  6. Stir in chocolate chips
  7. Gather 1 to 1.5″ diameter cookie dough balls by hand
  8. Place & slightly flatten on a greased (w/butter or Pam spray) baking sheet
  9. Bake for 12 minutes or until you see flecks of crispy golden brown!
