Theatre Nacho Cheese at HOME. 100% yum, 0% animal pus 😉
2 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp flour
1 can coconut cream
1.5 cups shredded vegan cheddar cheese
2 tbsp salsa
1/8 cup diced green chiles, canned (fire-roasted if possible)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
- Whisk flour and butter on med-high heat until melted and bubbly
- Add coconut cream and simmer until thick
- Lower heat and stir in cheese
- Stir in green chilies and salsa. Add salt and chili powder.
- Simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve with favorite chips!
